Here is an example of what our 5 year old daughter eats in a day. Hope you enjoyed it and got some ideas! Much love!
Cheese sauce recipe
1/3 cup soaked and rinsed cashews
1 medium boiled carrot
2 garlic cloves
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 tsp miso paste (more if needed or sub for salt to taste)
1/2 cup or a bit more water
Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender, pour over cooked pasta and spinach and simmer until the sauce thickens.
