PROTEIN FRENCH TOAST RECIPE:
2 tsp flax seeds
1 cup soy milk
1 scoop protein powder
1 banana
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp sweetener
2 tbsp soy flour (can sub for chickpea flour)
stale(ish) bread
blend all ingredients (except the bread) until smooth and then coat each slice with the mix. Cook on medium heat flipping occasionally until browned.
