RECIPES:
green smoothie (for 2) : blend together 1 banana, 1 apple, 3 celery sticks, 2-3 handfuls of spinach, 1/3 of a cucumber, a thumb of grated ginger, lemon juice + as much water as needed
chickpea potato curry: fry 1 onion until translucent, add 2 cloves of minced ginger along with spices (i used cumin, paprika, tumeric, granulated garlic and salt), fry for another 1-2 minutes. then, add 2 cubed potatoes, 1l of vegetable broth, 1 can of chickpeas, coconut milk and tomatoes each + some lemon juice. cook for around 30 minutes until potatoes are fork tender.
