Recipes:
PINK SMOOTHIE BOWL
80g frz strawberries
80g frz pink dragonfruit
1/2 banana
200ml soy milk
1 scoop vanilla soy isolate
small handful of ice
blend and add your favourite toppings 💕

MAC N CHEEZ
Cook 120g pasta and 75g peas, set aside
Melt 30g butter
Mix in 30g flour
Slowly wisk in 250 ml soy milk a bit at a time until thick and smooth (can use a blender as well to combine & then heat to thicken)
Add 30g nutritional yeast
1/2 cup vegan cheese (optional)
1/2 tbsp garlic
1 tsp onion salt
1 tsp lemon pepper
Combine with pasta & peas
Saute some greens with 1 tsp lemon pepper and serve over the MAC 🙌🏼
