In this episode of What I Ate In A Day I share an easy green-ish smoothie recipe. You also get 2 RECIPE?!'s in one video. OMG! I attempt avocado fries and a dipping sauce as well as make up a miso type noodle soup with leftovers in the fridge for dinner!
** GREEN SMOOTHIE RECIPE **
1 1/2 frozen bananas
1 orange, peeled
1/2 lime, juice only
2 C spinach leaves
3 tbsp hemp hearts
1 C ice cubes
1/2 - 3/4 C water
1. Blend until very smooth!
