Vegan Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups Recipe (incredibly easy!)
I’ve missed Reese’s SO much since going vegan, and I’ve finally found a recipe that replicates it almost exactly like the real thing. I’m blown away by how delicious this was and so so EASY! Shout out to Emma’s Goodies for the inspiration! Her recipes are awesome, and I knew I had to veganize this! If you try it, let me know in the comments! I’m telling you, you won’t be disappointed!!
- chocolate of choice. I used 48% cacao semi-sweet
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 3 1/2 tablespoons softened vegan butter
- 2/3 cup powdered sugar
