Recently I invited vegan artist and curator Jane O’Hara over for lunch and a chat. “It’s been a profound change, much more than I ever would have expected,” Jane says. “As I was approaching veganism—as I was slowly getting there—it was all about deprivation. It always felt like ‘what am I losing?’ I never had any idea about what I was going to gain.”
