Dustin chatted with Kale and Aubry Walch about the making of The Herbivorous Butcher, America’s first vegan butcher shop. Kale shows Dustin how deli meat free meats and cheese free cheeses can be put to use with a Capicola and Dill Havarti sandwich. Dustin dives into a brie cheese topped with sweet onion and bacon jam.
