In this episode we talk with Seth Goldman, Chairman of Beyond Meat. Seth talks to me about his new venture Eat The Change, a movement to help people realise that their diet has the single biggest impact on the planet. Alongside his mission to change peoples' diet and behaviour he is launching a new mushroom jerky product line. By partnering with Whole Foods he has also launched a chain of healthy fast food restaurants within their supermarkets called PLNT Burger. Seth has had an amazing 20 years plus career being a successful food entrepreneur, notably he cofounded Honest Tea which was later acquired by Coca Cola.
