Yesterday was Earth Day.
Earth Day is an annual event celebrated around the world on April 22 to demonstrate support for environmental protection. First celebrated in 1970, it now includes events coordinated globally by the Earth Day Network in more than 193 countries. This year Earth Day was a very different in nature. There was a sombre atmosphere, a re-evaluation of our contribution to our crisis. The world is pausing, nature is experiencing some relief from human activity. To avoid pandemics in the future, to have a home to live on we must shut down all animal industries. Go vegan for your health, for the animals, for the planet!
