My 2020 blood test results after 13.5 years as a fruit-based vegan (with explanation).

Freelee banana girl aka The Frugivore shows her 13.5 year fruit-based vegan blood test results. She eats a mostly fruit raw food frugivore diet. Many people claim Freelee has vegan deterioration (lol) but she disproves this rubbish easily in today's video. Non-vegans like Abbey Sharp, Obese to Beast and Unnatural Vegan slam Freelee's diet and lifestyle for being extreme and unhealthy yet have no blood tests posted themselves, interesting! Naturally freelee requests they show them. Freelee shows her Cumulative Glycated Hemoglobin Test aka test for type 2 diabetes, her master iron test, serum thyroid function test, cholesterol, triglycerides, total protein, potassium, calcium, b12 and more.

A few extra notes:

*AGE:*
I am 40 yrs old, many who criticise me are much younger. state your age and *show your comparative results in a video when/if you criticise my tests.*

*NO SUPPLEMENTATION:*
These results are based on NO SUPPLEMENTS except occasional ( not often enough ) b12 supplementation. nothing else for nearly 14 years! can u say the same?

*B12:*
My serum b12 is on the lower end but a urinary MMA and homocysteine test is needed to conclude deficiency. Dr was not concerned, however, i will make more of an effort to supplement as i ofc do recommend it but sometimes life gets in the way. btw, if you eat animal products you are also at high risk of b12 deficiency. there are various sources but according to one of the largest studies performed on b12 levels of US citizens from Tufts University concludes that nearly 40% of 2,999 individuals under 50 had low b12 levels and the participants were omnivores and often supplementing. Ironically, *study participants who got most or all of their B12 from meat sources, had the lowest blood B12 levels.*

* comparing your labs:*
From labtestsonline.org: "A normal result in one lab may be abnormal in another: You must use the range supplied by the laboratory that performed your test to evaluate whether your results are "within normal limits." Time points, variations and calibration of instruments all make a difference.
