Making a vegan lasagne bebs

here's a list of the ingredients I used!
Tomato sauce:
1 large onion
2 carrots
200g chestnut mushrooms
4-5 cloves of garlic
1/2 a red pepper, 1/2 a green pepper, 1/2 a courgette
2x 400g tins of tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato puree
1½ - 2 tsp of sugar
½ tsp veggie stock, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, lotsa basil, s+p to taste
1 x 400g of tinned kidney beans
Cheese sauce:
45g vg butter
35g flour
450ml unsweetened soy or oat milk
1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 3 tbsp nutritional yeast, 1 tsp dijon mustard
80g vegan cheese (recommend waitrose own brand - amazing to cook with)
s+p to taste
