LOW FIBRE VEGAN FULL DAY OF EATING
I decided to give a low fibre full dya of eating a go. As i mentioned in the video i can eat about 50-70g fibre per day, which is alot. But i have adapted to this amount and don't have too much problem with this fibre amount.
Fibre is good, but of course too much isn't always a good thing and there are some people who need to eat a low fibre diet, so i wanted to see if it was possible.
Of course to notice any differences i would have to do it for a while.. but there are also higher risks of deficiencies the more foods and food groups you cut out of your diet.
