3 cups rice
8 oz pasta
3 zucchini
2 broccoli
1 head garlic
7 potatoes
3 bell peppers
2 small onions
Olive oil

1.7 lbs ground turkey
Italian seasonings
Crushed tomatoes
1.5 cups peas
Chicken thighs (1-2 per serve)
Chicken breast for both the fajitas and pesto chicken (about 100g per serve)
