They are so healthy you can even have them for breakfast as they are packed with nutrients and ingredients that are going to help you feel amazing. Oat and spice cookies:
1/2 cups coconut milk
1 ripe banana
1/2 cups coconut sugar
1 tablespoons molasses
1/2 tablespoons fresh ginger root, grated
1 teaspoons ground ginger
1 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
I pinch ground cloves
2 cups oat flour
1 teaspoons tapioca starch
1 pinch salt
1 apple
Cinnamon rolls:
Wet:
3/4 oat milk
2 tablespoons coconut sugar
1 tablespoons coconut milk
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
Dry:
1 1/2 cups oat flour
1 1/4 cups brown spelt flour
2 tablespoons coconut sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoons salt
4 tablespoons cold coconut milk
Filling:
3 tablespoons coconut milk
2/3 cup coconut sugar
1 tablespoons ground cinnamon
Blueberry muffins:
1 1/2 cups oat flour
1/2 coconut sugar
1 ripe banana
3/4 cups non-dairy milk
1 tablespoons baking powder
1/2 frozen blueberries
The zest of 1 lemon
The juice of 1/2 a lemon
Additionally coconut sugar and oats for sprinkles on top
