Effective Vegan Advocacy - Live Q&A with Tobias Leenaert
ProVeg South Africa invited Tobias Leenaert to discuss practical steps to improve strategies around vegan advocacy in South Africa.
Tobias Leenaert, perhaps better know as The Vegan Strategist (after the name of his blog), is an international thought leader and strategist in the vegan movement. He is the author of 'How to Create a Vegan World: a Pragmatic Approach', and is an internationally acclaimed speaker. Along with Dr Melanie Joy, he runs CEVA (the Center for Effective Vegan Advocacy), through which he gives talks and training on effective vegan advocacy around the world. He is also a co-founder of ProVeg International, and the founder of the Belgian organization EVA, which is the only vegan organization in the world to receive structural government funding.
Tobias Leenaert and Donovan Will, the director of ProVeg, will discuss practical steps to improve strategies around vegan advocacy with a focus on strategies to maximise impact, and how to implement these strategies in South Africa.
The webinar format is a discussion drawing on Tobias's experience around the world, and the strategies promoted by CEVA and outlined in his book and, followed by a Q&A section where audience questions will be answered.
