"I did much of my growing up on my uncle's dairy farm in northern Wisconsin in the 1950s. And, although I started milking cows when I was 8 years old, after 45 years in medical practice, dealing with the health complications of my patient's diets, there is no question in my mind, that if I could remove one health disrupting substance from my patient's diet immediately, it would be those products made from that white liquid that comes out of the udder of a cow.

We're told since childhood by the dairy industry that dairy products are good for us. We are told that 'Milk is nature's perfect food'. Milk helps build strong bones because it's the best source of calcium. It's white, it must be pure!

Though we may be told that dairy products are healthy for us, I want to point out a basic fact of biology. The purpose of cows milk is to turn a 65-pound calf into a 700-pound cow, as rapidly as possible. Cow's milk is 'baby calf growth fluid'! That's what this stuff is."
