INGREDIENTS (US):
3.5 oz carrots
2.1 oz silken tofu
3.9 oz floury potatoes (white baking ones)
2.8 oz white onion
1.8 oz roasted bell pepper
0.7 oz roasted almonds
1 Jalapeño pepper (remove internal parts to reduce heat)
1 tbsp miso paste (dark miso works better)
2 large garlic cloves
¼ tsp cumin powder
1 tbsp sweet paprika
Pinch of black pepper
1 tbsp cider vinegar
¾ cup + 2 tbsp non-dairy milk (almond milk used)
½ tsp salt

INGREDIENTS (International):
100g carrots
60g silken tofu
110g floury potatoes (white baking ones)
80g white onion
50g roasted bell pepper
20g roasted almonds
1 Jalapeño pepper (remove internal parts to reduce heat)
15g dark miso paste
2 large garlic cloves
0.7g cumin powder
2.5g sweet paprika
Pinch of black pepper
15g cider vinegar
200g non-dairy milk (almond milk used)
3g salt

Note: When measuring ingredients, make sure all measurements are level. Discard any excess that rises above the rim of the measuring cup, teaspoon, or tablespoon. The back of a straight knife works perfectly for this.
