MAC & CHEESE RECIPE:
16oz box pasta of choice (add a tbsp or so of salt to the water before adding pasta to the water)
3 cups of plant based milk
2 tbsp of nutritional yeast
1tbsp of all purpose seasoning (I used adobo)
1tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1-2 tsp of mushroom seasoning (optional)
2 packs of shredded vegan cheese
Preheat oven on 400 degrees covered for 20 min and uncovered for 10 min ENJOY!!!
GREENS RECIPE:
1 pound of collard greens
1 pound of mustard greens
32 oz of vegetable stock
96 oz of water (fill up pot until greens are cover)
2 tbsp of salt
2 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp of black pepper
1 tbsp of all purpose seasoning (season to taste)
1 tbsp liquid smoke
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
2 tbsp mushroom seasoning
2 tbsp of rice vinegar
1 tbsp of cajun seasoning
