High protein roasted veggie pasta:
- red lentil pasta
- zucchni
- mushrooms
- red bell pepper
- baby sweetcorn (any other veggies you want!)
- red tomato vegan pesto
- fresh arugula
- fresh lemon juice
- liquid gold tahihi

Hummus toast with all the greens:
- sourdough toast
- good creamy hummus
- broccolini
- frozen peas
- kale
- avocado
- coconut aminos

Sweet potato, red lentil & coconut curry:
- large white onion
- 3-4 peeled & diced sweet potatoes
- 1 cup red lentils
- 1 can full fat coconut milk
- 250 ml veggie stock water
- 1 tsp each: cumin, cinnamon, garlic granules, sweet smoked paprika
- fresh cilantro to serve

High protein gingerbread spice yogurt bowl:
- 1 pot soy yogurt
- 1 scoop gingerbread spice perform protein (linked above)
- fresh persimmoon
- sliced ripe banana
- 2-3 biscoff cookies (other gingerbread vegan cookies)
- 2-3 TBSP salted peanut butter
- cinnamon

The perfect buddha bowl: (I change mine up daily but in this videos it was...)
- romaine
- arugula
- dark mixed leafy greens
- pumpkin or sweet potato
- edamame beans
- sundried tomatoes (essential!)
- red pickled cabbage
- sliced white onion
- hummus
- avocado
- liquid gold tahini
- salt & pepper :)
