4 QUICK EASY VEGAN BREAKFAST IDEAS
Hey guys today I will be sharing with you 4 easy breakfast ideas and recipes.
Hope you make them and find inspiration for your own creations!
BREAKFAST BURRITO:
Flour tortilla
1/4 of onion
2 tbsp cooking oil
1/4 green bell pepper
1 clove of garlic
4 mini breakfast sausages or any vegan sausage
1 cup of mushroom
vegan cheese (optional)
1/4 avocado
1 tsp of salt
pepper to taste
garlic/onion powder to taste
AVOCADO TOAST:
Toasted bread (of course) lol
hummus (optional)
mashed avocado
1/2 tsp salt
nutritional yeast
lemon/lime to taste
cucumber (optional)
kimchi (optional)
hot sauce (siracha)
PARFAIT FRUIT BOWL:
1 cup vegan yogurt
2 tbsp mashed seamoss (optional)
1-2 tbsp of maple syrup or sweetener of choice
fruit of choice to top it with
1/4 cup granola
1 tsp of chia seeds
CHOCOLATE CHIP PANCAKES:
2 cups of flour
2 tbsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of salt
2 tsp of cinnamon
1 tbsp of oil
1 tsp of apple cider vinegar
1 tsp of vanilla extract (optional)
1 1/2 cup of unsweetened plant based milk
1/2 cup vegan mini chocolate chips
fruit and maple syrup to top your pancakes
