3 EMERGENCY VEGAN DESSERTS! » Healthy + Quick + Decadent
Here are some of my go-to desserts when I need to satisfy a craving real quick !!
RECIPE :
- Banana - chocolate roll ups : take a wrap, put a ripe banana on top, a few dark chocolate chips, roll it up. 1 minute in microwave at 900W. Careful cause it's hot! Eat as it is or chop to feel like you have more food hahaha.
- Apple Crumble Parfait Cheesecake Thingy : 1 apple (I used Boskoop king). Chop into cubes. 2:30 minutes in microwave. Meanwhile do the rawnola : same ratio of dates, oats & dessicated coconut + cinnamon (i used 1/2 cup & 5 medjool dates). Blend till it crumbles. Then add coconut sugar & cinnamon assemble starting with apple, yoghurt (soy or coconut) & rawnola !
- frozen chocolate (nutella) mousse
2.5 frozen bananas, 1 tbsp coconut cream, 2 medjool dates, 1/2 cup pineapple, 2 tbsp cacao powder (i added a second one I didn't show) tsbp hazelnut butter (or almond), 1 tsp flaxmeal (I say flaxseeds but it's grounded flaxseed), squeeze of lemon. Blend till goey ! Top with your choice of toppings & enjoy !
