In a nutshell, a nutritarian is a whole-food plant-based vegan who doesn't eat oil, avoids added sugar and salt, and focuses on eating phytonutrients instead of worrying about calories. We strive to eat raw veggies, greens, beans, onions, mushrooms, berries, raw seeds and raw nuts daily!
I'm a big believer in eating the foods you love but just "nutrifying" them. I have a tasty library of recipes that are going to help you feel amazing while you transition to your new lifestyle!
