A: My bio usually includes this line - Heidi Swanson is a New York Times best-selling author and two time James Beard Award winning cookbook author. I’m interested in a lot of things, but mostly I love cooking, sharing recipes, and writing (and photographing) cookbooks.
Q: What kind of food do you cook?
A: I focus on whole foods, natural foods, vegetarian, and vegan recipes. My recipes tend to be plant-centric, un-fussy, and substantial.
